About Me

My Story
I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust, specialising in hip and knee arthroplasty. I provide evidence-based care for patients with arthritis, joint pain, trauma, and complex lower limb conditions, with a focus on restoring mobility and improving quality of life.
My training included the renowned Oswestry and Stoke rotation, followed by advanced hip and knee fellowships in Melbourne and Bristol. I have specialist expertise in primary and revision joint replacement surgery, including robotic-assisted knee surgery and the use of OPS (Optimised Positioning System) technology to enhance accuracy in hip replacements.
Alongside my clinical work, I publish in leading journals, present internationally, and teach Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) at the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
Outside medicine, I enjoy music and hold a diploma in Indian classical guitar. I also boulder—it keeps me grounded while testing my grip in more ways than one.
